• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, suspected fraud, or errors.

2. Prices and Payment

• Prices are displayed in EUR and may change without prior notice.
• Payment methods: Revolut transfer or cash on pickup/delivery.
• For cash payments, orders may be marked as confirmed upon placement; we reserve the right to verify payment at pickup/delivery.

3. Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup location and time are communicated per batch.
• Delivery is available within specified areas and time windows. Ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate.
• Missed pickups or unsuccessful deliveries may require rescheduling.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may request cancellation before the batch cut-off time. Contact us as soon as possible.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or mutually agreed alternative.

5. Allergens and Food Safety

• Our hummus may contain sesame (tahini) and may be prepared in an environment handling other allergens. Contact us if you have concerns.
• Store and consume products according to provided guidance.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
