How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to data@balagan.st from the email address used to place your order.
  2. Include any relevant order identifiers (order ID, phone number, or approximate order date) to help us locate your data.
  3. Specify whether you want full deletion of all records or deletion limited to specific orders.

What will be deleted

  • Personal contact details (name, email, phone)
  • Delivery address information
  • Order details linked to your identity, unless retention is required by law

Note: We may retain certain transactional records for a limited period to comply with accounting and legal obligations. Where full deletion is not permissible, we will pseudonymize your data wherever possible.

Response time

We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify your identity or locate your data, we will contact you at the same email address.
